Visa® Debit Card Double-Posting Issue:
Our Vendor has resolved the double-posting issue that occurred on some members’ accounts on January 1, 2021.
Please know the double-posted transaction and any incurred fees that may have posted will be corrected. If your account was affected, NO action is required by you at this time. However, should you need further assistance, please contact our Call Center at (956) 661-4000 or email us at members@securityfirstcu.com.

If you have previously used TurboTax or H&R Block tax services, you may see your account’s stimulus deposit from Meta Bank and not the IRS. Meta Bank is the bank used for TurboTax and H&R Block. Please note that these deposits are legitimate and do not require further action. Please allow the necessary time for your stimulus deposit to clear and post to your “Available Balance.” Once it is part of your Available Balance, it will be available for use.

Please note: The IRS is urging people to visit IRS.gov for the most current information on the second round of stimulus payments rather than calling the agency, financial institutions, or tax software providers. The IRS has advised that the IRS phone assistors do not have additional information beyond what’s available on IRS.gov.
