Visa® Debit Card Double-Posting Issue:
Our Vendor has resolved the double-posting issue that occurred on some members’ accounts on January 1, 2021.
Please know the double-posted transaction and any incurred fees that may have posted will be corrected. If your account was affected, NO action is required by you at this time. Stimulus Deposits Showing from Meta Bank:
If you have previously used TurboTax or H&R Block tax services, you may see your account’s stimulus deposit from Meta Bank and not the IRS. Meta Bank is the bank used for TurboTax and H&R Block. Please note that these deposits are legitimate and do not require further action. Please allow the necessary time for your stimulus deposit to clear and post to your “Available Balance.” Once it is part of your Available Balance, it will be available for use.
